Put the matn on one page of the mushaf.
بِسْمِ — bi is a lowering particle. ismi is lowered (kasra, estimated on the weak ending). Allahi is lowered as the second of an idafa. al-Rahmani, al-Rahimi follow, lowered.
الْحَمْدُ — subject, raised (damma). لِلَّهِ — li plus a lowered noun: the predicate, a jarr phrase.
رَبِّ — lowered, following or as a second idafa of Allah. الْعَالَمِينَ — sound masculine plural, lowered with ya.
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ — iyyaka is an object brought forward, installed. na'budu is a present verb, raised (default). وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ — same chairs. nasta'inu is Form X of ع و ن — sarf and nahw in one word.
اهْدِنَا — command. الصِّرَاطَ — object, installed. الْمُسْتَقِيمَ — adjective, installed. صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ — idafa, the second lowered. أَنْعَمْتَ — past verb; the ta is the doer. عَلَيْهِمْ — ala lowers the pronoun.
You do not need every label on day one. You need: three kinds of word, four states, and who did what.

What to do next
Read this book once more. Then open Learn → roots for sarf. Then sit with a teacher on the Tuhfah of Abd al-Hamid, or Qatr al-Nada. The Alfiyyah waits. Sibawayh waits longer.
A line of i'rab is a claim about chairs, not a tafsir. If the meaning of the ayah is at stake, open Ibn Kathir after you have named the chairs — do not skip the chairs.
