Adam
آدم عليه السلام
Allah created Adam with His two Hands, taught him the names, and commanded the angels to prostrate. Iblis refused out of pride. Adam and his wife were placed in the garden and told not to go near one tree. Shaytan whispered. They ate. They were sorry. Allah turned to them. He sent them to the earth as vicegerents — not as a curse without hope.
The Prophet said Adam was created in the image, and that he was tall, and that people have been shrinking. He also said the people of Jannah will enter on the form of Adam. That is enough. The Quran does not name the fruit. Neither do we.

The Quran never says the tree was wheat or apple. Anyone who names it is guessing.
