Ayyub
أيوب عليه السلام
Ayyub is named among the prophets who were patient. Harm touched him. He called his Lord: adversity has touched me, and You are the most merciful. Allah told him to strike with his foot — here is a cool bath and a drink. His family was returned to him, and the like of them with them.
The Quran is short here. Later storytellers made years and worms and bets with Iblis. That is not how Nur tells it.
