Ibn Sirin — the man, not the stall
ابن سيرين
Muhammad ibn Sirin of Basra, died 110 AH, was a tabi’i, a narrator Bukhari trusted, and a man people asked about dreams. That much is history. The fat printed ‘Ibn Sirin’ you find next to incense is a later patchwork. Scholars have said so for a long time. Nur will not put that patchwork under his name.
If you want a teacher for a heavy dream, sit with a living person who fears Allah, who knows your life, and who will send you back to the salah if the dream is noise. Do not paste a stranger’s sleep into a search box.
From the Quran
From the Sunnah
Ibn Sirin is on the isnad of many sahih reports. Honour the man. Leave the stall.
